Please read the following booking conditions carefully, as they set out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and SES Travel.
We act as booking agents for the suppliers of the parts of the holiday we organize. As such, bookings for their services will form a direct contract between you and the relevant supplier and will be subject to that supplier’s standard terms and conditions.
- The rate of exchange on which this provisional quotation is based is valid for today only. The actual/final tour price is calculated using the rates of exchange that prevail on the day the full/final payment is received.
- This quote is subject to the availability of accommodation and flights at the time of booking.
- This quote is subject to currency/airfare increases at the time of booking.
- Cancellation fees may be up to 100%; therefore, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- To proceed with any firm bookings, we require full passenger names as they appear in the passports.
- It is important to note that the onus is on passengers to ensure all passport/visa requirements are met before travel.
When comparing our quote with others, please ensure that the inclusions are the same, as the slightest difference can affect the costs, for example, hotel choice, meals, etc.
